Shawn took me on a surprise outting the other day which was nice. The weather was perfect, not too cold, overcast, just the way I like it, and the picnic basket was full of some of my most favorite things! :) After we ate he took me to ms. mangos to snatch up this beautiful blue decanter I had been eyeballing and of course we couldn't say no to the free tea and bisquits. Stuffed and happy we decided to go down the street so shawn could give blood. We got a free movie ticket and a gallon of orange juice from harvey's groves for the pint of blood! I hope to have more days like this one really soon, it was a nice mini get away and yet a quick reminder of just how beautiful our home town is.
